CANCELLATION POLICY
A 20% non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied to no-shows or to any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. I completely understand that things come up, but please make sure to communicate with me if you need to reschedule—especially if it’s outside the allowed time frame.
